Members of the printing, finishing and packaging industries, which often by
their very nature of their work are engaged in an ongoing process of experimenting with their equipment, are well positioned to take an advantage
of SR&ED government tax credits incentive program.
Printing, Finishing and Packaging Industries greatly benefit from SR&ED Tax Refund
program - your company may qualify too!
In the fall of 2008, Tax Refunds Canada – SR&ED Consulting Services participated in Print
World Trade Show - www.printworldshow.com and had the opportunity to extend its services to the wider printing community.
Members of the printing, finishing and packaging industries, which often by their very nature of their work are
engaged in an ongoing process of experimenting with their equipment, are well positioned to take an advantage of this amazing government incentive.
Having been involved with the industry for several years, Tax Refunds Canada – SR&ED Consulting Services has the industry knowledge and the technical ability to help any size of printing houses to identify and quantify the shop floor experimentation
that took place at their facility.
Over the years, we learned that many print shops constantly engage in various types of experimentation – often
to answer unique client requests or to stream-line production.
While doing all that, the companies never realized that this very activity may qualify
them for government refunds,
up to 68% of their payroll costs!
Following the trade show, we were happy to lend our expertise to help numerous print shops (some have as few
as 3 employees!) to apply for and enjoy the benefits of the SR&ED program.
Given the turbulent economic environment in North America and worldwide, the SR&ED tax
incentive program is proving itself as a major source of support for Canadian businesses in 2009.
