Q. What is SR&ED?
A. SR&ED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development) is a $4 Billion annual incentive program managed by the Canadian
Government. It supports and rewards companies that conduct research and experimentation in Canada by partially refunding their R&D expenses.

A. Claims must be submitted within 18 months of the fiscal year end. For first-time claimants, R&D of the past two fiscal
